Aimed at teaching / reinforcing the basic techniques

Building on the fundamental skills & teaching effective dodging
techniques as well as how to defend 1 on 1.
Specialized Lacrosse Clinics: rising 9th - 12th grade boys
Focused on becoming a stronger, more accurate shooter
Specialized Lacrosse Clinics: rising 9th - 12th grade boys
1 on 1 offense & defense. Doging, after stick skills, is the most
important part to a successful offense. As well, learning the
proper techinques to defending 1 on 1 is the most important
part of a strong defense.
